dressed in their classes’ Approved Dance attire.

- AOD will place this
order this Monday March 10th.
- If you need to place
an order please do so today (order forms available on table)
- Items must be paid
for in full before AOD will order them

- Reminder we follow Lafayette parish
school’s holidays
- No classes on Friday March 21st
- AD SALES
- Each student is asked
to please sell $50.00 in ad sales
- For each $15.00 sold
after the first $50.00 you will get $5.00 tuition credit (up to $20.00 in
credit)
- All art work (logos,
pictures, etc) must be in JPG or PDF format on a CD or Disk (cd/disk will not be returned)
- **All ads must be turned in by April
4th – however we will accept ad sales before this date
- END OF THE YEAR RECITAL
- Saturday May 31st.
- 10 classes days
(after today) before the recital—Attendance is extremely important
- Students needed to
learn and master each routine in order to perform in the recital
- Excessive absences may lead to a student not
being allowed to perform in the recital

- Hair is to be neatly
done, natural make up is ok
- Students must be wear
their approved class leotard – clean
and free of stains
- If student is in more than one class must have ALL
approved class leotards with them.
- Dress Rehearsals for end of the year recital

- Attendance is
mandatory for all performing in the recital
- Parents the dedication and support you show
towards your children’s dance education and your understanding of
